Pricing:

Our website reflects the most current pricing available on our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs or mismarked items.

Shipping:

The majority of orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Notification will be sent in the event that an item is on back-order.  Shipments are made using UPS or FedEx and usually arrive between 5 and 10 business days or sooner depending on what part of the country the order is being shipped to.  If you should receive a box with so much damage that it is obvious the item inside will be damaged, please refuse it.  Have the driver make note that you are refusing due to damage and please notify us via email at customerservice@taz-usa.com or call customer service at 949-448-0070.

Returns:

Please call customer service at 949-448-0070 (mon-fri 8am to 3pm pst) to get prior authorization before returning any item. Items being returned must be in new condition and in original packaging. Also, items must be sent back freight prepaid; no CODs will be accepted. Returns must be made within 20 days and are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.

Warranties:

TAZ will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufacturer's warranty. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.

Privacy:

We value your privacy as much as you do. This is why we will not sell or rent any customer information to any other company or business.
